Explosion Cookies

What a weird week. Today was strange, too. I get to work and my computer has been hijacked and replaced with an old, giant, ugly monitor that takes up my whole desk and blocks me from opening the desk doors. The mouse is an ugly one with no scroll wheel. Those dastards! My important files were gone. Hours of work just gone. And no one had any idea why they would do it. So i called and fussed at tech support until I got my files back. Had really interesting patients today, too. I learned something at each turn. Which reminds me of this show I am watching lately online called "Hopkins." I am addicted to it, because it shows real docs at Johns Hopkins doing their thing and living their lives. I used to work on Hopkins campus, so I recognize the scenery. I just finished "week 5" where they really focus on the med students. I feel like one of those residents. Well, I am a resident, I just don't have to put in chest tubes or give shots. But I do work in the OR on occasion. It's good to be a student and remember that you must learn each day and get as much as you can out of every experience. I was able to do a few entire evals today, which was really neat. I am entirely capable, as I should be after 8 years of education, but I still get nervous every time.
Oh yeah, the title of the post.... I made these healthy cookies out of whole wheat flour, flaxseed, and flaxmeal. After reading the packages, I found out that flaxseed provides you with super fiber.... and "keeps you regular." So I made a bunch of cookies and brought them to work today for the office staff. :D They were going to the bathroom all day long. Hence, I dub them the "explosion cookies."
